The reason we take payment upfront is because between the time of booking and the wedding date could be over a year as we are booking approx 2 years in advance. So we could get a couple come to our studio and book a full price contract,which for business would be better for us. However to keep our photographers employed throughout the year we would rather fill our diary at a discount than have some empty days. We cannot discount or negotiate the special offer price,
