SPECIAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS£350 SPECIAL OFFER
Our special offer terms and conditions are as follows:
The £350 package includes 1x photographer + 1x videographer for the duration of the wedding { max 9pm}
A minimum of 150 photographs {on CDROM} will be presented to the couple from which we ask that 60 are chosen for the album which is a 20 page A4 size.
All editing of the photographs is included in the cost, no extra charge is added for photograph manipulation.
A CD Rom of all of the photographs we take on the day (min 150) is included in the package, this is un copyrighted so the photographs belong to the couple and can be printed at will.
A wedding DVD will be made of the day including guests arriving, the service, the speeches and the first dance plus some “cut away” shots to establish the venue etc.
The editing of the wedding DVD is at the absolute discretion of the company and no additional editing will be done unless a re edit fee of £100 is paid.
It is the couples responsibility to supply us with the names of the bridal party to be included as credits on the DVD, these must be supplied by email, any spelling mistakes are the couple’s responsibility.
We may or may not include some music in the wedding DVD, if you have a particular type of music you require this must be supplied to us on CD no later than the wedding date.
Payment
The special offer price of £350 is due in full on time of booking. There isn’t any exception to this, we cannot accept a booking without payment in full.
Cancellations
Upon signing our booking form you have purchased our services for your wedding date, If the wedding or event is cancelled by the clients, a monitory refund is not offered as a matter of course, a refund will only be offered if the date of the wedding or event can be resold by the company, and this is at the sole discretion of the company
Travelling Expenses
We charge travelling {in excess of 20 miles from our head office or above} expenses on a pro rata scale This will be agreed with the company upon booking.
The couple hold full copyright on the material (photographs and video) taken on the day.
We expect the couple to offer some sort of refreshment to the photographer and videographer on the day.( a bar meal or sandwiches is acceptable)
Times
The maximum time for the photographer and videographer is 9pm,if the wedding extends over this time {this must be at the agreement of both the company and the clients} an additional charge of £100 per hour , or part hour, which must be paid on the day of the wedding or event, will be charged to the couple.
Weather
The company cannot be held responsible If adverse weather conditions effect the quality or quantity of photographs or video footage which we capture at the wedding or event.
Style
The photographer and videographer will endeavour to interpret the couples wishes as to the style of the photography and videography captured at the wedding or event, however, the company cannot be held responsible for un flattering backgrounds or un photogenic surroundings etc
Guests photography
The photographer retains the right to ask your guests not to take photographs while the professional photography session is taking place if he {she} feels that this will effect the quality of the professional photograph session
Specific photographs
If specific photographs are required by the couple, the company expects a list of these photographs to be supplied to us no later then 28 days prior to the wedding
I have read and understand the above terms and conditions which constitute the £350 special offer package, upon signing this form I am in full agreement and understand that no other goods or services have been contracted, offered or accepted other then those stated above
